Aramid P84 PTFE coated dust collector filter bag is professional high-temperature dedusting filter felt specially developed for harsh industrial flue gas conditions, manufactured by DOER NONWOVENS. The composite raw material blends P84 aramid fiber with complete PTFE surface coating, solving the two major pain points of ordinary filter bags: high temperature aging and chemical corrosion damage.
Ordinary polyester or single Nomex filter bags will quickly harden, crack and lose filtering efficiency under high temperature and acid-base flue gas, while this P84+PTFE composite filter bag maintains stable structure and high filtration precision under long-term harsh working environment. The PTFE film forms a smooth surface layer, which prevents fine dust from penetrating into the fiber gaps, reduces bag blockage and cleaning frequency, and realizes ultra-low flue gas dust emission standard.
