This new needle punched non woven geotextile is a core geotechnical product independently produced by DOER NONWOVENS, a professional Chinese geotextile manufacturer. Two mainstream raw materials are optional: PP polypropylene and PET polyester, to match different construction environments of water conservancy, road and landfill projects. The standard finished color is pure white, and customized color can be supported upon special customer requests.
The geotextile features ultra-wide specification with adjustable width from 4m to 7m, thickness range 0.8mm to 6.8mm, and roll length fully customizable according to on-site construction demands. The minimum order quantity is only 10 square meters, which greatly lowers the trial order threshold for small project tests.
Manufactured via advanced integrated needle punching production line, the fabric owns balanced three-dimensional fiber structure, outstanding comprehensive mechanical performance including high tensile index and excellent anti-creep capacity. Finished geotextile is rolled into large wide rolls, packed in standard outer package of 580×45×45cm with single gross weight 1kg, covered by waterproof plastic film inside to avoid sunlight and moisture during transportation. All specifications including width, thickness and length can be adjusted as customer construction drawing demands. The MOQ is only 10 square meters for sample testing orders. All rolls will pass tensile, anti-aging and hydraulic performance inspection before shipment to guarantee consistent quality for engineering projects.
