DOER NONWOVENS short-fiber PP non-woven geotextile is professional needle-punched geotechnical fabric specially customized for geobag filling and sediment control projects. The raw material is pure polypropylene staple fiber, processed via combing, cross-laying and high-speed needle punching integrated production line to form stable three-dimensional fiber structure.Different from woven geotextile, staple fiber needle punched geotextile owns uniform pore distribution, balanced horizontal drainage and vertical permeability, which can effectively separate soil, sand and water to prevent soil loss. It passes ISO9001 quality management and ISO14001 environmental management certification, color supports black and white or customized color matching.The product weight ranges from 100g/m² to 1200g/m², tensile strength 2.5KN/M to 25KN/M, width adjustable from 1m to 6m, standard roll length 50m or 100m. It can resist long-term ultraviolet irradiation, high temperature up to 230℃ and all kinds of acid, alkali, gasoline and diesel corrosion in soil. With excellent elongation performance, it can fit uneven, deformed foundation without cracking.

Packaging & Delivery Description

The geotextile is rolled into standard rolls of 50m or 100m, packed with waterproof plastic film outer layer to prevent sunlight and moisture during transportation. Single unit gross weight is 1kg, customized roll size is acceptable according to engineering construction demand. After confirming weight, width, length and color, we arrange mass production rapidly, all rolls pass tensile and permeability inspection before shipment. Free samples can be sent to customers for laboratory performance test before formal order.
