The standard filtration precision of this product reaches 1 micron, and multiple precision specifications of 2μm, 3μm, 5μm, 15μm are supported for customized production to match different sewage impurity interception demands in chemical, food and manufacturing industries.
The biggest core performance advantages of PP filter bag lie in outstanding acid-base corrosion resistance and long-term hydrolysis resistance in liquid environment. Unlike ordinary polyester filter materials which are easy to hydrolyze and break down in water-based sewage, polypropylene fiber maintains stable filtering performance after long-time immersion in aqueous solution, greatly extending service cycle of filter sleeves. The finished filter sock adopts professional scouring finishing technology to remove surface fiber floating dust, avoiding secondary pollution of filtered liquid by loose fiber shedding.
